                    Verify that the thick ethernet cable with the red boot is plugged into port 5

                     Verify that the red LED on the front of the router next to the '5' is on 
                  
-

                     Verify that an ethernet cable is plugged into the POE port on the power injector and into any port on the '24v PoE In' port on the router
